Attention FBI – Obama = Treason

SUBJECT:  CRIMINAL COMPLAINT NAMING BARACK OBAMA IN COMMISSION OF TREASON

My name is Arnie Rosner.  I reside at 8905 Rhine River Avenue, Fountain Valley, California 92708-5607.  My phone number is 714-964-4056.  I have been a resident of Fountain Valley for close to 40 years.

Clearly understanding the seriousness of the charges I am about to make,  I name BARACK OBAMA, a person whom I believe to be ineligible to hold the office of president of the United States,  as deliberately engaging in deceptive and illegal conduct which constitutes treasonable acts against the American people and the government of the United States of America.

OBAMA conducted an Act of War against the United States and its government by deliberately demonstrating his contempt for the United States Constitution and his failure to abide by the rule of law.  He and his cohorts have successfully set up a rival unconstitutional government.

I accuse OBAMA and OBAMA’S civilian and military-political criminal assistants of TREASON.  I name OBAMA and OBAMA’S criminal associates as TRAITORS.

OBAMA’S criminal ascension and TREASON manifests a clear and present danger to the citizens of this nation.

OBAMA’S TREASON is systematically destroying our American constitutional protections.

Under Obama’s current abusive policies,  my family and I, are no longer afforded the protections as guaranteed under the Constitution of the United States.  Every day I am more threatened by the overreaching, oppressive acts implemented by the Obama administration.  I am witness to the rapid escalation of our once free society towards a totalitarian government.

Since Mr. Obama has seen fit to withhold any evidence to the contrary,  I identify OBAMA as a foreign born domestic enemy.  My duty as a United States Citizen is to resist the implementation of whatever oppressive policies OBAMA attempts to implement and enforce.

BARACK  OBAMA IS NOT MY PRESIDENT!

I remain steadfast, and as a free-born citizen of these United States of America,  I remain obedient to the Laws of our Sacred Constitution in submission of this criminal accusation of TREASON.

18.  Hires an overwhelming number of Czars – Radical anti-American appointees
19.  Circumvented Congressional oversight
20.  Circumvented legitimate legislative processes
21.  Cash for Clunkers – a failed program
22.  Failed foreign policy
23.  Alienated allies
24.  Suppressed freedom of the press
25.  Racial discrimination in DOJ
26.  Religious discrimination favoring Muslims
27.  Gave 2 billion to Brazil for deep water drilling
28.  Illegally tried to shut down drilling in Gulf
29.  Offered bribe to at least 2 congressmen to not run for Senate
30.  Offered bribe to Illinois Governor for his political appointment for his Senate seat
31.  Illegally accepted hundreds of thousands of dollars in contributions from all foreign citizens during his campaign

33.  GROSS Malfeasance of Office.
34.  Interfering with Criminal Justice Dept. in the sentencing of two Black Panthers who were found guilty of “VOTER INTIMIDATION”.
35.  Blagojevich as to Obama involvement in the selling or offering to sell the senate seat the Governor was controlling!
