Violating Their Oath!
Our Federal Government currently has more than 21 million employees (aka civil servants). All of them have taken one or more of the above oaths. Refusing to live by their oath places them in direct violation of their oath, in every case.
Violating their oath is not just cause for immediate dismissal and removal from office, it is a federal crime.
Federal law regulating oath of office by government officials is divided into four parts along with an executive order which further defines the law for purposes of enforcement. 5 U.S.C. 3331, provides the text of the actual oath of office members of Congress are required to take before assuming office. 5 U.S.C. 3333 requires members of Congress sign an affidavit that they have taken the oath of office required by 5 U.S.C. 3331 and have not or will not violate that oath of office during their tenure of office as defined by the third part of the law, 5 U.S.C. 7311 which explicitly makes it a federal criminal offense (and a violation of oath of office) for anyone employed in the United States Government (including members of Congress) to “advocate the overthrow of our constitutional form of government”.

The problem is what agency to we file the charges against the Traitors? We cannot trust any of the agencies or courts….I guess we would have to try hiring lawyers to seek out the best peaceful route. None of the Congress or the Senate seem to care one bit about elections, for unfortunately, so many American do not want to admit that our country has been taken over by the enemy…so many do not even know who the enemies are and they are not about to seek out the truth. Some how Some way we need to get the Truth out to all Americans on a continuous basis….so the big question is HOW? “In God We Trust.”

“Throw Them All Out!” When the American People find out what the Federal Government has done to them;I would not want to be the President;I would not want to be in the Executive Branch;I would not want to be a Congressman or Senator or a Judge on the Bench. I would not want to be a governor,congressman or senator,or a judge on a state bench,nor would I want to be in law enforcement or even the local dog catcher. The people will hunt them down in the streets,give them a fair trial and hang them out to dry on the Capitol steps. Obama is an illegal POTUS under our Constitution,everyone knows this.
