Please tell me what is the point? I don’t know about you, but now that we pretty much know about the rampant corruption and unlawful actions of this de facto government, what is the point of continuing this charade? Expressing my opinion here, why are we continuing to participate in the sham?
We now recognize Obama is not and never has been eligible for the office of president. He, himself stated his father was a Kenyan. Therefore he was never eligible.
Yet members of this government saw to it that a major conspiracy was coordinated and criminally imposed on the people of the United States. Many members of this government deliberately committed voter fraud in order to disenfranchise voters and manipulate the federal elections. A direct violation of existing federal election laws and the Constitution of the United States.
- Are you not offended by this arrogance?
- Are you not offended by the failure of any member of Congress to honor their oath and protect the constitution?
- Are you not offended by the refusal of the Supreme Court to exercise their authority over the separation of powers as demanded by the Constitution?
- Have you not been disenfranchised as a citizen by this consistent lack of accountability by all three branches of the current government?
- Do you not see that this current government no longer serves the interests of those by whom they were elected, “We the People?” That this government, all branches, have served us with an official notice that they have quit! That they are no longer providing us with their services? That they no longer recognize us as their boss?
In my view, the government no longer provides for protection of our citizens and the enforcement of our laws. So let us end this now!
Instead of permitting those irresponsible, untrustworthy and criminally complicit elected officials, who have repeatedly violated their oath, it is time to accept their voluntary resignation, effective today!
Instead of throwing more good money, money we do not have, after bad, it would be more effective to officially end the role of this current government as quickly as possible; February 1, 2012. New elections would be scheduled for June 5, 2012.
So let us take a few minutes to examine the current situation and why it makes sense to act now and not wait until November:
We have an Executive Branch that has just about all but given up following any part of our constitution and has become totally ineffective. It can no longer be said the executive branch is serving the needs of the electorate.
The current conduct includes but is not limited to the following examples of illegal practices that are part of a politically motivated agenda as opposed to maintaining a civil legal system to benefit the citizens as required under the Constitution:
- Selective enforce of current laws
- Initiating suits that discriminate against states that follow and enforce the rule of law
- Illegally bribe members of the legislative branch to gain political objectives of the executive branch
- Race baiting
- Religious discrimination
- Religious prosecution
- Hide the critical state of our nation’s finances by not producing a budget (If Americans cannot see the red ink it does not exist). Yes…Obama has once more pulled another fast one…Americans are that dumb!
- Invoking executive orders to circumvent congress
- Creating Czars to bypass legislative scrutiny
- Suspended requirement of FBI clearance of staff so Obama could appoint people of questionable reputation
- Seeking to create a division between the citizens based on race and religion
- Seeking to destroy the nation’s financial stability
- Seeking to destroy the ability of the nation to respond to attacks from internal and external enemies
- Violate the Posse Comitatus Act
- Seeking to destroy the sovereignty of the United States
- Seeking to force citizens into armed rebellion so Obama can apply martial law and insure complete control
- Passed legislation that threatens the lives of its citizens
- Has committed treason against the people of the United States of America and installed a rival government
Our Legislative Branch, consisting of a Congress and Senate, both of which no longer provides any serious accountability to the constituents by whom they were elected. The members of these two bodies also routinely violate the Constitution and thereby demonstrate their willingness to support the illegal activities of the Executive Branch with little exception. From the beginning of the this unlawfully imposed administration, Both houses of Congress have engaged in perpetrating a conspiracy to cover up the ineligibility of Obama.
Their behavior is characterized by:
Passing illegal legislation through deceptive, devious and questionable legislative practices. This illegal legislation is enabling the Executive Branch to pursue completing the successful subversion of the current form of government into an illegal competing form of government; a process specifically addressed and expressly forbidden by our current constitution.
Examples are marked by such legislative abominations hailed by the financially and intellectual bankrupt Congress, as milestones of legislative accomplishments:
- Obamacare
- TARP
- Cash for Clunkers
- Mortgage Modification
- Fannie and Freddie
- Stimulus
- Financial Reform
- Supported the introduction of foreign influence directly into the government
- Passed legislation that is harmful to the citizens of this nation
- Permitted the administration to routinely violate its obligations to the people they serve
- Openly engage in religious discrimination
- Routinely permitted unrestrained administration to violate the supreme laws of the land
We have a Judiciary that seems to be conveniently out to lunch in terms of dealing with controversial constitutional issues.
Issues like:
- Eligibility of the Usurper
- Election Fraud
- Civil Rights Violations
- Government Corruption
OK so maybe I am just a bit dense on the implications but would someone please tell me just what part of this current government, for which we pay handsomely, is working for the citizens of the United States?
The way I see it…this rogue government led by an illegal alien usurper has effectively;
Given notice!
This government no longer works for us; the people! The only lawful authority!
Consequently, “We the People” have no further obligation towards dealing with the current dysfunctional government, a government which has been destructive to the well being of the citizens and deprived us of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness!
The good part…now we do not even have to fire them in November.
The best option of all!
To those of us who can all agree we no longer have a working government, then those of us who honor the Constitution are required by law to form a new government. This is consistent with the directives as authorized by the founding documents.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.
So as I see it, since the current government has quit, the Constitution demands that “We the people” call for new elections.

Arnie, I have been prepared to do this for quite some time. The problem rests, I believe, in having the numbers. The way I see it, and am completely disgusted by, is there are still a substantial sector of the People who are either fine with the way things are under King Odumbass, and those who are too ignorant or lazy to see the light. Until we have a simple majority, I do not believe we can make the changes you suggest or outline above. If it could simply be done by a handful of True Patriots, I would have gathered them and done it, instead of talking to Michigan State Police and Secret Service Agents on my side porch warning me about the consequences of calling for the removal of Odumbass while I try to teach them the Constitutional protections we enjoy to do just that!
This is really the only Constitutional and moral answer as I see it right now, andprobably the only solution, if we are to get our liberties back. But how do we get the process started, and how do we put in place the safe guards to assure that we have a warranted, and necessary process of action, without the Establishment’s being able to make it look like treason, or civil disorder, so they can authorize martial law?

The National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) is the new vehicle to ensure our oppression by a tyrannical government. Representative Buck McKeon (R-Ca.), Chairman of the House Committee on Armed Services wrote a defensive piece in RedState titled Myths on the New Detainee Policy. He had intended to allay our fears about the hidden trap in this unconstitutional piece of legislation. He is quite mistaken as are Georgia’s two Senators who voted for it. The threat to the 6th Amendment and thus American citizens in this bill, is real.
McKeon claims the act does not address or extend any new authority to detain U.S. Citizens….But, in fact it does! The NDAA actually grants, indeed, mandates immense unconstitutional power to the White House. The President is to be afforded absolute power to use the Army to arrest and detain US Citizens, without due process, i.e.: a warrant issued by a judge or a preliminary hearing to be advised of charges, let alone a trial. (Sec 1031).
The act affirms that arrest and detention, by the Army, of “covered persons” within the United States is legal. Section 1031 reveals all: “a covered person” is one who engages in terrorist acts, or anyone associated with an organization guilty of belligerent acts.” So, regardless of the protections afforded by the 6th Amendment, the Senate’s bill will actually allow the government to lock up any citizen it wants if someone swears he/she is a terrorist. How hard is that?
Now is a good time to review an earlier unfortunate and unchallenged change to our thought processes. A few years ago, Liberals wanted to make certain crimes more horrible than regular old crimes so they added “Hate Crime” to our vernacular. Why? Because some liberal said so and we bought into it. Now we have a Marxist President who, through his toadies like Eric Holder and Janet Napolitano, who have already identified TEA party members, returning veterans and retired cops as potential terrorists to be detained until the end of the war. Well, it’s not legal simply because some stupid politicians say it is. And, as for stupid politicians, it is Carl Levin and John McCain whom we can thank as the architects of this unconstitutional monstrosity.
Proponents refer to Section 1021, NDAA, pages 655 and 656 to deny that arrests and detention of US Citizens are authorized. It applies, it is said, only to al-Qaida and associates. However, two different sections of the act contradict each other. We even hear from the Chief of Staff of Senator Chambliss that the bill does not authorize such draconian action and Ga. Rep. Westmorland even produce this denial: “I understand the concerns and that is why there were numerous questions asked about this, so I want to reassure that you will be protected. The U.S. Constitution guarantees U.S. citizens on U.S. soil will have due process and nothing within this legislation will take away that right. These people claiming your constitutional rights are violated by this legislation are using fear tactics to drum up support against legislation that is needed to make sure our men and women in uniform get paid for their service to our country”.

Let’s be honest, the wording that would allow the arrest and detention of American citizens is still there and like a land mine, waiting to explode in our faces. Really, do we any longer still want to put our trust and belief in somebody who say’s “Trust me, I’m from the government and I just want to help you? ”
I agree with everything stated within Arnie’s article. Yes, I do ask how are we going to put this plan for the voting date of June 5, 2012 in action? As always, we need numbers, we need to get this idea out to as many as possible including the media. Arnie is correct in contacting as many of our state and local elected officials. However, even if we did get some of these cowards behind us, there is the State election boards in each state….this will be a big problem. These State Election board have their own set of rules and they are not about to change them, unless the person who hold the highest position there would take it upon themselves to do so. Then we have the problem of gathering enough True patriotic Americans to run for the said offices. Also, I believe we would need Constitutional lawyer who are willing to Stand up For Our America. Just some thoughts….God Willing we will be able to accomplish this. “In God We Trust.”
I think the number 1 obstacle is to get the Military to realize what is being done with OUR Constitution (trashed) then we might have a chance. We do have OUR 2ND Amendment Right and if we stick to OUR guns to protect ourselves and as Robert says “The problem rests, I believe, in having the numbers.” I live in Arizona and I have only offended a couple of people here in regards to talking negative about our fine fake president Hussein, I do try to educate the un~educatable.
The number of 2nd Amendment Rights Activists here and across the Country out numbers the complacent idiots with no clue or backbone. I believe Arnie’s thoughts and ideas are valid and do-able, but we have the time factor, it’s not just something that can be drawn up and pushed on ‘We The People’, it has to be debated and agreed upon by the masses of ‘We The People’.
I’m sure that OUR Framers had to decide what was best and what would work by some kind of debate and input by the masses and finally massaged into what they arrived at, OUR Constitution. Times have changed and some kind of simple updating (not re-writing) of OUR Constitution would be in order and be reviewed and voted on, and again there is the problem of the populist of ‘The Entitlement Generations’ that will if you will, toss a wrench in the mix.
Once the present form of greed sucking politicians are removed, we can organize and restructure our old form of free enterprise. A real question one has to ask is why did the British subjects abandon their homeland? Taxes come to mind and a needed tax restructuring should be in place and with the lessons of the past taxing failures we should be able to come up with a viable tax code for the masses. A spend less than is taken in mentality is the only proof positive way to survive these economic times.
The number one question is how do we orchestrate this whole movement? This is just a thought, and if you have gotten to this point, thanks for taking your time to read this and by all means, your input is valued.
Ken, I my other comment, I did mention the means in which we could get this plan off the ground. Yes, I do agree with you about the time factor. However, if enough of our Patriots are in favor of it, possibly, with God’s Help and inspiration, there will be a way to input the plan. I do think, as I said before, we do need the assistance of Constitutional Lawyers and we do need as you said the backing of some branch of the military. Although from what I have been reading on some of the sites, the military as well as the police and law enforcements are being trained to attack their fellow citizens. If the feel that they are not capable of doing so, they are let go….not just the person themselves decides this but their superior officer. Yes, we are now in a horrible dilemma, to say the least. Let us all put our Thinking caps on, as my Mom would have said and possibly, this plan will be able to come about. “In God We Trust.”
