Many have expressed the arrogance and disdain Obama has demonstrated towards the American people as Strike One!  I submit this is way too generous!  His total disregard of the lawful process with respect to ignoring the subpoena from an administrative hearing in Georgia as “strike one;” sorry…I don’t share that more than generous view.

• He gets no more chances.
• He deserves no “get out of jail” passes.
• The line was drawn a long time ago.

Strike One, indeed!  I hardly think so…

This is way past the requirement of even the three strikes consideration.  This is the beginning of the end!

There is no longer any doubt.  He had his chance to make it good.  No more chances.

ALSO…remember with great clarity those immediately responsible…The Congress.  Given their aiding and abetting this usurpation I take a very uncharitable view of their treachery.  I strongly support the reinstitution of the death penalty for treason against the Constitution and the “trusting” people of the United States.

Also, given what we know about plans to enslave Americans I say we end this now.  We CLOSE-DOWN this entire government, all three branches.

Senate Bill Authorizes Feds To Revoke Citizenship Of Americans

January 16, 2012 By Doug Book 26 Comments

A bill has been introduced in the United States Senate which will authorize the federal government to revoke the citizenship, creating practical expatriates, of American citizens.

Introduced by Connecticut Independent Joe Lieberman and Massachusetts Republican Scott Brown, S 1698, the “Enemy Expatriation Act,” is a simple, 2 page document which offers apparently innocent amendments and additions to existing federal legislation. (1)

That legislation, known as Title 8, “…outlines the role of aliens and nationality in the U.S. Code.” And it is just one small piece of this massive and complex law which the Enemy Expatriation Act seeks to modify, that being Section 349, the means by which “a person who is a national of the United States whether by birth or naturalization, shall lose his nationality…,” that is, his citizenship. (2)

Though there is currently little contained in Section 349 which would alarm any American citizen, one phrase added to the legislation by the “Enemy Expatriation Act” would change everything. For it states that anyone voluntarily “engaging in, or purposefully and materially supporting, hostilities against the United States” will lose his “nationality.” And nationality means citizenship! (1)

To be sure, most of us would be in favor of revoking American citizenship if it has been improperly, perhaps surreptitiously attained by Muslim terrorists who have entered the United States only to commit acts of violence and murder.

But it’s necessary to remember who we are dealing with in Washington, DC. To Janet Napolitano and her Department of Homeland Security, it is Libertarians, soldiers returning from combat, gun owners, militia members, devout believers in the Constitution and those who loudly mistrust and criticize the federal government who are the true threats of “engaging in hostilities against the United States.” Perhaps not coincidentally it is also members of these groups who are the most vocal critics of the Obama Administration!

And as the Obama Regime considers each of these individuals a potential domestic terrorist, how long will it be until a member of one of these “highly suspect” groups is conveniently accused of “materially supporting hostilities against the United States?”

Much of this language should sound quite familiar, for it is taken directly from the recently enacted National Defense Authorization Act of 2012.  There was great concern surrounding the authority given the President by this law to imprison American citizens without trial or charge if he should consider them enemies who present a danger to the United States and its people. And, just as the President is granted that authority by the NDAA, should the Enemy Expatriation Act pass both the House and Senate, he will ALSO have the authority to revoke their citizenship.  (3)

Isn’t it odd that, no so long ago, the left was adamant about GRANTING to Muslim terrorists in Guantanamo the rights of American citizens—rights to a lawyer, Miranda rights of silence, and the right to a speedy trial before a jury! Yet with the signing into law of senate bill 1698, those same rights, indeed American citizenship itself, could be revoked from any one of “We the people!”

The election is only months away. Regardless who wins it, the “legal” destruction of our natural rights as citizens of the United States by Barack Hussein Obama or any other president must NOT be permitted.

Based on my contentions that…

Congress has violated the terms of the contract by which they were elected.

Therefore I am proposing we develop a termination notice to be delivered to the members of Congress.

Please consider this a working document on which to develop your thoughts of how to proceed with this initiative.  Feel free to make any suggestions/additions and or deletions as suits your personal preferences.

Please tell me what is the point?   I don’t know about you, but now that we pretty much know about the rampant corruption and unlawful actions of this de facto government, what is the point of continuing this charade?  Expressing my opinion here, why are we continuing to participate in the sham?

We now recognize Obama is not and never has been eligible for the office of president.  He, himself stated his father was a Kenyan.  Therefore he was never eligible.

Yet members of this government saw to it that a major conspiracy was coordinated and criminally imposed on the people of the United States.  Many members of this government deliberately committed voter fraud in order to disenfranchise voters and manipulate the federal elections.  A direct violation of existing federal election laws and the Constitution of the United States.

• Are you not offended by this arrogance?
• Are you not offended by the failure of any member of Congress to honor their oath and protect the constitution?
• Are you not offended by the refusal of the Supreme Court to exercise their authority over the separation of powers as demanded by the Constitution?
• Have you not been disenfranchised as a citizen by this consistent lack of accountability by all three branches of the current government?
• Do you not see that this current government no longer serves the interests of those by whom they were elected, “We the People?”   That this government, all branches, have served us with an official notice that they have quit!  That they are no longer providing us with their services?  That they no longer recognize us as their boss?

In my view, the government no longer provides for protection of our citizens and the enforcement of our laws.  So let us end this now!

Instead of permitting those irresponsible, untrustworthy and criminally complicit elected officials, who have repeatedly violated their oath, it is time to accept their voluntary resignation, effective today!

Instead of throwing more good money, money we do not have, after bad,  it would be more effective to officially end the role of this current government as quickly as possible; February 1, 2012.  New elections would be scheduled for June 5, 2012.

So let us take a few minutes to examine the current situation and why it makes sense to act now and not wait until November:

We have an Executive Branch that has just about all but given up following any part of our constitution and has become totally ineffective.  It can no longer be said the executive branch is serving the needs of the electorate.

The current conduct includes but is not limited to the following examples of illegal practices that are part of a politically motivated agenda as opposed to maintaining a civil legal system to benefit the citizens as required under the Constitution:

• Selective enforce of current laws
• Initiating suits that discriminate against states that follow and enforce the rule of law
• Illegally bribe members of the legislative branch to gain political objectives of the executive branch
• Race baiting
• Religious discrimination
• Religious prosecution
• Hide the critical state of our nation’s finances by not producing a budget (If Americans cannot see the red ink it does not exist). Yes…Obama has once more pulled another fast one…Americans are that dumb!
• Invoking executive orders to circumvent congress
• Creating Czars to bypass legislative scrutiny
• Suspended requirement of FBI clearance of staff so Obama could appoint people of questionable reputation
• Seeking to create a division between the citizens based on race and religion
• Seeking to destroy the nation’s financial stability
• Seeking to destroy the ability of the nation to respond to attacks from internal and external enemies
• Violate the Posse Comitatus Act
• Seeking to destroy the sovereignty of the United States
• Seeking to force citizens into armed rebellion so Obama can apply martial law and insure complete control
• Passed legislation that threatens the lives of its citizens
• Has committed treason against the people of the United States of America and installed a rival government

Our Legislative Branch, consisting of a Congress and Senate, both of which no longer provides any serious accountability to the constituents by whom they were elected.  The members of these two bodies also routinely violate the Constitution and thereby demonstrate their willingness to support the illegal activities of the Executive Branch with little exception.  From the beginning of the this unlawfully imposed administration, Both houses of Congress have engaged in perpetrating a conspiracy to cover up the ineligibility of Obama.

Their behavior is characterized by:

Passing illegal legislation through deceptive, devious and questionable legislative practices.  This illegal legislation is enabling the Executive Branch to pursue completing the successful subversion of the current form of government into an illegal competing form of government; a process specifically addressed and expressly forbidden by our current constitution.

Examples are marked by such legislative abominations hailed by the financially and intellectual bankrupt Congress, as milestones of legislative accomplishments:

• Obamacare
• TARP
• Cash for Clunkers
• Mortgage Modification
• Fannie and Freddie
• Stimulus
• Financial Reform
• Supported the introduction of foreign influence directly into the government
• Passed legislation that is harmful to the citizens of this nation
• Permitted the administration to routinely violate its obligations to the people they serve
• Openly engage in religious discrimination
• Routinely permitted unrestrained administration to violate the supreme laws of the land

We have a Judiciary that seems to be conveniently out to lunch in terms of dealing with controversial constitutional issues.

Issues like:

1. Eligibility of the Usurper
2. Election Fraud
3. Civil Rights Violations
4. Government Corruption

OK so maybe I am just a bit dense on the implications but would someone please tell me just what part of this current government, for which we pay handsomely, is working for the citizens of the United States?

The way I see it…this rogue government led by an illegal alien usurper has effectively;

This government no longer works for us; the people!  The only lawful authority!

Consequently, “We the People” have no further obligation towards dealing with the current dysfunctional government,  a government  which has been destructive to the well being of the citizens and deprived us of life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness!

The good part…now we do not even have to fire them in November.

The best option of all!

To those of us who can all agree we no longer have a working government, then those of us who honor the Constitution are required by law to form a new government.   This is consistent with the directives as authorized by the founding documents.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable rights, that among these are life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. That whenever any form of government becomes destructive to these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness.

So as I see it, since the current government has quit,  the Constitution demands that “We the people” call for new elections.

Being over 70 years old and having lived through WWII in Europe and lived in Mexico, I have an excellent understanding of what dictatorships are and how they function. The fact that America is rapidly heading into a despotic state is obvious to anyone of my age. Furthermore, every branch of our government is involved. The Supreme Court recently ruled that the charge of ‘assistance to terrorism’ does not necessitate an overt act; all that is required is providing assistance and/or encouragement to the act. That in effect means anything, for instance, calling the executive a fool, writing a pro-Palestinian article, objecting to Israeli Middle East policies, holocaust denial – anything the bureaucracy disapproves of becomes a violation of this law.

Under the newly enacted – sponsored by McCain (R-AZ) with approval of 93 (STUPID) Senators – National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA), the president was granted the right to arrest and detain any American citizens any place in the world without a charge, indefinitely, without right to council, without a warrant, and to torture any such American, merely on his say-so or by indictment of a secret court whose members are anonymous. This totally obliterates the habeas corpus provisions of the Constitution. Furthermore, this law eradicates the Posse Comitatus Act [18 U.S.C. 1385] of June 18, 1887 that prevented the government from employing American military against American civilians.

The president already took upon himself the right to assassinate any American citizen any place in the world without charge, trial, judge, jury and evidence of a crime, simply on his say-so, and has already used that authority to murder.

The enacted in 2001 and re-approved in 2011 USA Patriot Act is the most sinister of all, in that it violates the first, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth and tenth amendments of the Bill of Rights. In expansion, it grants the government the right to rifle your mail, tap your telephone and inquire into what you are reading. In a stunning overturn of well-accepted fourth amendment rights a federal court has granted government the right to track your movement with GPS technology, including via cell phones and GPS equipment.

Meanwhile, your local police force is buying everything from spy drones to night vision equipment and are being militarized hand over fist. These weapons and systems that local police are purchasing are not for law enforcement; they are decidedly for issues like crowd control, nighttime secret incursions, combined actions with the National Guard and regular Army, which is now possible due to NDAA. Worse is the fact that numerous airports and facilities around America have had their security services subcontracted to Israeli security firms. While the government contracts training to SPLC for federal agencies and smaller local state agencies follow their lead, SPLC is the most bias-twisted, anti-Christian organization in the land. The federal government has established links with the JDL, Mossad assets, the American Jewish Congress, the ADL and other Israeli operatives; while we cannot prove this we know it to be the case. The story put forth by the Mossad that everyone in government now accepts as gospel is that Israeli and American security issues are one and the same. This, upon examination of issues, is utterly ridiculous.

Lest we forget, police are supposed to serve and protect while military kill and destroy. The two functions are wholly incompatible in a republic. I saw this firsthand in Germany from 1938 onward and in Italy, and in Bulgaria and then in the entire Soviet bloc empire.

In view of the Pollard, Franklin, Rosenberg and scores of Israeli spying operations against us and considering the USS Liberty affair, we would be wise to rely on our own security apparatus and not become entangled with the agencies of a nation which has for decades been most actively spying against us.

We are already underwater with Israeli telephone monitoring and billing operations that have been off-shored by domestic suppliers to Magal Security Systems, an Israeli contractor. Let’s be cognizant of the fact that, according to information released last December, there is now operative monitoring of all electronic communications as well as GPS systems. We do not think it rational to allow such information to be subcontracted offshore.

What we are pointing out here is that all the required means for the operation of a top-down police state are either already in place or are being put in place as you read. Even the agencies to administer all this from the federal level, Homeland Security – with over 220,000 employees – is a functioning agency run by one of Obama’s dubious associates.

Beginning with 9/11 – a false-flag operation if ever there was one – the nation has lost one liberty after another, and now we have even lost our most basic right to face our accuser, habeas corpus, that has been part of English speaking law since the 12th century. The president, meanwhile, has taken to himself the right to use our own military against its citizens by voiding Posse Comitatus – enacted in 1887 after the war of northern aggression to alleviate the excesses of the Yankees as they had looted, raped and burned their way from Richmond to Atlanta – and the elimination of almost the entire Bill of Rights through the enactment of the USA Patriot Act, which had essentially been written and ready for enactment for over 15 years before 9/11.

What would it take to instill in a mentally challenged population the willingness to have stripped away what little of our freedoms still exist? A little pre-arranged action to be blamed on Iran would make the neocons very happy, the president could be re-elected, the population induced to war against yet another Middle East nation, then the expansion of more freedom crushing laws, the enactment of national hate laws with the government providing the definition of hate, and there you have it – Soviet America Empire of the 21st century.

I wish to file an objection to the inclusion of Mr. Barack Hussein Obama’s name on the Primary Ballot in The Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the Ballots of the subordinate Counties: Based on all of the attached information.

As a resident of Massachusetts, I am exercising, my Right under the Constitution and general Laws of Massachusetts, to deny the Inclusion of an unqualified person on a Ballot.

First I will give you a brief of myself: I was born and raised in Roxbury by a First generation Italian Mother and a Canadian Father, so I am fully aware of what it takes for honest, descent, people to become citizens of this Great Republic.

I am a retired Military Officer, serving from 1955 to 1990, thirty-five years defending our Country and Constitution against “all enemies foreign and domestic”.

As a young boy, like most young boys I wanted to be President of the USA; however I was informed at one time, by Christopher A. Ianella, who was a State Rep. from 1948 on, and at another by Albert L. “Dapper” O’Neil, who served on the Boston City Council, and was a friend of the Family, that I never could be, because my Dad was not a US Citizen, and as the son of a Father who was a Canadian/British Citizen, I never could be according to the US Constitution.

Consequently, I have been very concerned about the election of Mr. Obama and I have been following all of the attempts to ascertain the truth of Mr. Obama’s status, or his eligibility, to be President, and researching everything I could find, in order to determine what makes him any different from me? His dad was also a British Subject.

I believe this must/should be addressed at this time, as we are in the Primary Season with all of the obfuscation, denial, and mudslinging that accompanies it. In order to have an honest and fair (as far as possible) election each and every accusation must be investigated and addressed in order that the Candidate in question be properly “vetted”. I believe that a lot of information is being hidden by this administration that, if it were available to the public, a lot of things would be different.

As stated above I have Valid concerns as to who lied to me, was it Misters Ianella and O’Neil or Nancy Pelosi ???

The following are all of the Legal decisions, quotes and Findings I believe that are available, there may be more, however these are the ones that apply to William F. Reade, Jr. and Barack Obama II.

If you can prove me wrong, I will accept it. If you cannot tell me what you are going to do to rectify the situation.

I need a definitive answer from the Elected Officials of the American People, as to why none of you have seen fit to address THE QUESTION:

“Do we have a Constitutionally eligible person in the Office of President and Commander and Chief or NOT?? “

Emmerich de Vattel’s The Law of Nations, Book 1, Chapter 19, includes the accepted definition of “Natural Born” in place at the time of the adoption of our Constitution, and is included here for Reference:

Naturalization Act of 1795

The United States Naturalization Act of January 29, 1795 (1 Stat. 414) repealed and replaced theNaturalization Act of 1790. The 1795 Act differed from the 1790 Act by increasing the period of required residence from two to five years in the United States, by introducing the Declaration of Intention requirement, or “first papers”, which created a two-step naturalization process, and by conferring the status of citizen and not natural born citizen. The Act specified that naturalized citizenship was reserved only for “free white person[s].”
